Team Leader - LYDBROOK

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference, and inspire others to do the same?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full time Team Leader  to support our Service Users in our Residential Service in LYDBROOK.

As team leader, you will oversee the implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and support to our clients. You will be able to demonstrate experience of motivating and supporting team members, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience and qualifications are always desirable but we are also seeking to recruit a team leader with the right values and behaviours.

Salary:

  • £13.26 – £13.46 per hour (6-month probation rate £13.05)
  • Premiums – enhancements paid for waking nights
  • £15.00 for a 7.5 hour bank holiday shift.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Support Worker to support our clients at our residential home in LYDBROOK, Forest of Dean

Supported Living Worker - Lydney (MATERNITY COVER)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Supported Living Worker to support our clients at our Supported Living home in Lydney, Forest of Dean.

Hours: 37.5 (12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave)

Bank Support Worker(s)

Required at all services.  £11.72 per hour, in addition you will receive a payment of £1.41 per hour (equivalent to 12.07% of your hourly rate) as payment for holiday under the Working Time Regulations 1998.

Under 18’s £9.37 per hour, in addition you will receive a payment of £1.13 per hour (equivalent to 12.07% of your hourly rate) as payment for holiday under the Working Time Regulations 1998.
