Registered Manager -LYDBROOK
We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join the Trust as Registered Manager for Orchards.
Holding a CQC rating of Good with Outstanding in Well Led, the Orchards registration consists of the homes Orchards 1 & 2 along with the Offa’s Dyke home. Together these homes support 20 adults with learning Disabilities, PMLD, and the associated physical disabilities and health needs to live with warmth, fun and happiness. Surrounded by trees and next to our smallholding, yet close to towns and cities, clients have a wide variety of opportunities to choose from.

Leading a passionate large staff team, with the assistance of two deputies, you will be fully supported by the CEO, Head of Support, HR and Finance Managers and your peers, along with other members of the senior management team and external HR and H&S advisors. HR Manager -LYDBROOK
We are looking for a really special individual to join the Trust in this new role working together with the management and wider staff team to ensure effective HR activities across the Trust.

Smallholding Worker -LYDBROOK
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Smallholding Worker at our Smallholding in LYDBROOK.
You will work in all areas of the smallholding and provide daily care needs of the animals, along with undertaking some out of hours support to cover animal welfare issues. You will provide high quality maintenance and repairs across the smallholding site and be able to drive the Trust vehicles. We are looking for someone who will be able to design, provide and run smallholding activities to our clients and visitors, enable and empower people to develop new skills and independence and support people in establishing new friendships and maintaining existing ones.
