 Support Worker

We provide daily support within our homes for people with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities. We welcome experience, but this is not essential as a full training package is provided, that includes The Care Certificate, along with the opportunity to progress to HSC Diploma 2 & 3 should you wish to progress your career.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to support residents at a variety of our homes in Lydbrook, Coleford and Ruardean.  Part time and full time position are available.  Your role will be varied and will include supporting people to access the community for social outings, shopping, swimming, special events etc, and also in house activities. You will also support people to health related appointments; provide personal care and much much more.

 Along with a basic salary from £7.52ph you may also be entitled to a waking night enhancement of £29, and £11.50 for working a bank holiday depending on hours worked, you will also receive the equivalent of the minimum wage per hour for sleep in duties. Weekend Smallholding Worker

4 Hours a week

We are looking for someone to feed and check on our livestock over the weekend.  You would work one hour in the morning and one hour in the late afternoon.  Experience with animals preferred but full training and support given to the right person.

Cook/Support Worker

We are currently looking for two part time cooks/support workers at our Lydbrook service. Hours of work will be 11am to 6.30pm and include alternate week ends.

Duties will include preparing, cooking and serving meals to meet a range of dietary needs for clients with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Paid training will be provided by our in house accredited training team

We offer £7.52 per hour; additional payment for any bank holidays worked, together with a range of additional benefits.
