Millie and Piglet

Millie is a fully grown middle white sow and she is one of the rarest pigs in the world. She is a rescue pig and we have had her for 4 years after her owner lost the land where she was kept. Her owner still comes to visit her. She is super-friendly and loves to be scratched and fed treats like apples, eggs and cucumbers.
Piglet was hand reared from a tiny newborn and she fitted in the palm of a hand when we first had her. She is now a lot bigger and a very boisterous and inquisitive pig who is nearly grown up. She is a Gloucester Old Spot, a rare breed old-fashioned type of pig that was originally bred to live in apple orchards.
Pigs eat a lot of food but we have to be careful about what they eat.
