Tony Lafford

Tony Nov 2015

My name is Tony Lafford and I started working for The Orchard Trust in October 2012 as the Registered Manager of Offa’s Dyke and The Orchards. I have previously worked for Salter’s Hill Charity where I was the registered manager of a residential Home and manager of the Home Care and Support Service in Herefordshire. I worked for Salter’s Hill Charity for 15 years, prior to that I worked as a support worker for The Orchard End Group.  I qualified as a Social Worker and hold the Registered Managers Award along with a Diploma in Health and Social Welfare and NVQ levels 3 and 4.  I am also an NVQ assessor and Social work practice teacher.

I originate from the Forest of Dean and now live locally. I am a local Scout Leader and School Governor and a Director of a Charity.  I enjoy the outdoors and take advantage of living in this beautiful area, I like walking, canoeing, rock climbing and camping.
