What an 'ACE' year it has been!

Posted by FP on 21 September 2016

Wednesday 14th September was a day of celebration for the Orchard Trust Day Services Centre.  After a successful first year for 'ACE', a tea party was the perfect way to celebrate with everyone enjoying a slice of a scrumptious chocolate cake!

ACE (Activities, Creativity, Engagement) provides adults with learning and or physical disabilities, the elderly and the isolated, the opportunity to get out of the house and receive both mental and social stimulation within a safe, secure, friendly environment. There is a huge variety of activities available including woodland walks, a working smallholding with livestock and 7 different activity rooms including a sensory room, a training kitchen and a pottery kiln.
