Yesterday Orchard Trust residential and short break home in Ruardean was visited by 4 members of staff from Lloyds Banking Group.

Lloyds allocate each employee 1 day a year to carry out volunteering within the community.  The group came to the Trust to help tidy the garden and outdoor area so that residents could make the most of the space.

Becky, Claire, Phillipa and Sam worked tremendously hard cleaning the patio, sanding and painting garden furniture and fencing.

The Trust benefits hugely from corporate volunteering and has been able to carry out projects such as a sensory garden in Coleford and work on the Smallholding site.

A huge thank you to Lloyds Banking Group for Volunteering.  these projects not only benefit the residents that live at the Trust but also the wider community.
