Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care

If you are aged between 16 and 23, enthusiastic, motivated and committed to learn we would like to hear from you.

Your placement will be in one of our homes where you will receive support from the staff and fantastic high quality internal and external training to enable you to carry out your work to our high standards.

Over 12-18 months you will complete a Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care NVQ supported by our training provider, Gloucestershire College.

You will also earn whilst you learn with an hourly wage of £4.44

Things to consider...

Our residential homes are based in the Forest of Dean.  This is a rural area with limited public transport so you will need to ensure that you can travel to and from our locations.

Shifts are rostered in advance and can include unsocial hours and weekends.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in care and following a satisfactory outcome of qualifications and competencies, along with the staffing needs of the Trust, there will be a likelihood of a permanent position.
